Shipping costs a flat rate of $15, plus $5 for each additional cutting. Taxes included in price.

We only ship to areas where there is no immediate risk of frost. If freezing temperatures are in your forecast, we strongly recommend passing on fall cuttings and waiting for our spring-shipped tubers instead. Dahlia cuttings are highly frost-sensitive and can be damaged during cold transit or exposure after delivery.

We take sanitation seriously — our tools are cleaned between use, and all mother plants are regularly inspected for signs of disease. Each cutting is taken from actively blooming, confirmed plants to ensure it’s true to variety and arrives in excellent health. Our careful packaging and two-day UPS shipping are designed to help your plants arrive safely and ready to thrive.

If your cutting arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once plants leave our care, we cannot control growing conditions. For this reason, refunds are not available for losses due to neglect, improper care, or disease/virus that develops after arrival. We cull aggressively to ensure only strong, healthy cuttings are sent out.

After your order has shipped, delivery times and conditions are managed by UPS. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or missed deliveries. However, if your package becomes lost in transit or is significantly delayed, please contact us right away. We’ll work with UPS to locate your package and determine the best resolution — which may include a replacement or refund depending on availability.
